4Cups Maida / All-Purpose Flour

4 tbsp Milk Powder

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Cup Milk

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

For the Sugar Syrup

2 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Water

Icing Ingredients

2 Cups Fresh Cream

2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

You can get all these ingredients very easily in the market, and if you do not get any of them, then you can just visit online stores and get it delivered to your doorstep.

Method

First of all, buy fresh ingredients from the market and then measure them according to the above measures.

After that, sift milk powder, Maida, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt twice. Then, pour a half cup of oil into the sifted ingredients.

Take a bowl and pour milk and vanilla into and mix them using an electric whipper or hand whisk. And by the meantime, preheat the oven for 15 minutes.

Line a baking tray with butter paper, then brush it with oil and little dust flour all over. Pour the butter and shake the pan twice so that the air bubbles get released. You will have to place the tray in the oven and bake the content for at least 40 minutes.

Now, have a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean then you can be sure a perfect baking.

After the cake cools down, slice the cake from the centre.

Add some sugar and water to about and mix well until it dissolves completely after which you will have to pay for the little sugar syrup over the bottom layer. Then, cover it with icing.

Now, the bottom layer must be covered with another cake slice then again treated with sugar syrup after which the icing will be done.
