You must be getting desperate by now & wishing that I list the delicious Pastry recipes as quickly as possible. So here is my list of various tasty pastry recipes in front of you.

Black Forest Gateau Pastry


  • Four eggs
  • 100 gms sugar (castor)
  • 75 gms flour
  • 25 gms cocoa powder
  • One tsp baking powder
  • One Tbsp warm water

To soak:

  • Two tablespoon sugar syrup
  • Rum to taste

For the Filling:

  • 750 gms stoned cherries
  • The pared rind of one orange
  • 100 ml of sugar syrup
  • One tablespoon cornflour
  • Two Tbsp water
  • 250 ml sweet whipped cream
  • Chocolate for garnishing

Direction To Make Black Forest Gateau Pastry

  • Whip eggs and sugar along till light-weight and fluffy.
  • Now, Fold in flour, cocoa & baking powder/soda with water.
  • Spoon into associate 8″ cake tin. Bake at one hundred ninety degrees C for quarter-hour.
  • Take out from the oven, cool and split in half horizontally.
  • Soak a sponge with delicious sugar syrup.
  • Bake cherries in syrup with cinnamon & orange rind.
  • Thicken with corn flour.
  • Layer the pastry with topping (whipped cream) and cherries.
  • Garnished with whipped cream & chocolate.
  • Served Chilled.

Eggless Pineapple Pastry

  • Two Cups of Flour
  • Two and a Half tsp Baking powder
  • Half Cup of Butter
  • One & a Half Cup powdered Sugar
  • Half Cup water
  • 3/4 Cup of Yogurt
  • One tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 2×9 inch square Cake tins

For layering:

  • One Cup of Pineapples, chopped
  • Three Tablespoon Pineapple syrup
  • Three Cups of Cream (chilled)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Cherries and pineapple slices for garnishing

Method To Prepare The Eggless Pineapple Pastry:

  • Sift the flour & baking powder/soda & put it into a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the pinch of salt, sugar, butter, water & vanilla essence in it.
  • Beat the blend using a wooden spoon till well blended.
  • Pour the yogurt to the pastry batter & beat till smooth. The mixture looks glossy when completed. Put the batter into the prepared tins.
  • Bake it for about twenty-five minutes at one hundred and sixty degree Celsius.


  • Whip the cream along with sugar.
  • ‘Don’t overbeat the cream. Otherwise, it will turn into butter.
  • Place one sponge on the plate upside down, eradicate the paper and spread/apply the finely chopped pineapple over it.
  • Spread/Apply a layer of cream over it & cover with the IInd sponge, upside down. Eradicate the paper and sprinkle with the pineapple syrup.
  • Then Cover with a layer of cream. Cut into rectangles shape & garnished with piped whipped cream.
  • Now Garnish with the pineapple slice & cherries
  • Serve Chilled.
